Our best-in-class building measurement service transforms any property into accurate as-built plans. As-built drawings are developed on-site using laser distance meters and mobile CAD workstations. Finished plans are supplied as Adobe PDF files and AutoCAD DWG files. Expert BOMA Area Analysis (BOMA Office 2010, BOMA Office 1996, BOMA Office 1980, BOMA Industrial 2009, BOMA Retail 2010 or other) is included with every job and supported by an Area Certificate Letter. Digital photos of the building are also provided.
